Latitude 24° has been designed to maximize the path of the sun and natural light into all the apartments. The curvilinear shape of the building is designed to capture the natural breezes through each apartment. This is achieved by unique air-flow direction from the grilled and foyered front door area through to the open balcony beyond.
The curvilinear shape of the building also maximizes privacy from the balconies which is highly desired for the occupier.
The Pool area is raised to maximize solar access and privacy from the street. The pool is also a great way to cool-off after a stroll back from the beach. The pool being situated here results in less noise projected to the balconies and living areas.
Most desired is the generous balcony size which extends all the way along from the daybed outside of the living and outdoor eating areas to the main bedroom.
A large 2 cubic metre lock-up utility space is also included in the basement for each apartment. An ideal area to store surfboards, beach umbrellas, golf clubs etc. after a great day out!
